We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.


🔄 1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is wrong or not as described

  • The size is completely incorrect based on our size guide

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be included

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Makeup products

  • Beauty tools

  • Jewelry (earrings)

  • Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”


💰 2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
Refunds are issued as:

  • Store Credit / Coupon
    or

  • Exchange with another product

(Cash refunds are not applicable unless the mistake is from our side.)


🚚 3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is from our side, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer simply changes their mind, return shipping cost is paid by the customer.


📸 4. Evidence Required

To start a return, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Reason for return

This helps us verify the issue quickly.


⏳ 5. How Long Does the Process Take?

Return/exchange requests are processed within 2–4 working days after receiving the returned item.
