💰 2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
Refunds are issued as:

Exchange with another product
(Cash refunds are not applicable unless the mistake is from our side.)
🚚 3. Return Shipping Costs

If the mistake is from our side, we cover the return shipping cost.

If the customer simply changes their mind, return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
